Hi, I'm Colin! I founded HEKA out of a desire to help people break through barriers—physical, mental, and emotional—to unlock their highest potential. From Olympians and NBA champions to everyday individuals, I've guided countless people to achieve greatness and transform their lives.
Over the past 15 years I've worked with USA Track and Field, the United States Olympic Committee, the Los Angeles Lakers, the University of Michigan, and hundreds of Olympians and professional athletes worldwide.
